REGATTA REGISTRATION (ON-WATER)
Please provide the following information to register your boat and crew for the 2022 Fleet Regatta. This year we will sail a "bang and back" race, where boats start at the same time, race until the lead boat crosses the finish line then all boats turn around and race back to the start/finish line. The Skipper's Meeting is at 10:00 a.m. and the race will start at 11:00 a.m.

WAIVER AND RELEASE I hereby acknowledge the safety of a yacht and its crew is the sole responsibility of the skipper/owner. I agree to be bound by the rules and regulations established for this event. I represent to the Schooner Cove Yacht Club that my vessel has liability insurance currently in effect covering property damage, personal injury and death in an amount not less than CAD $2,000,000 per occurrence and that the policy covers yacht racing activities. I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified Schooner Cove Yacht Club, its organizers and officials with respect to death, injury, loss or damage to myself, my yacht or any member of my crew, and representatives from and against all claims, actions, cost, expenses and demands in however caused, arising out of or in connection with my taking part in this event notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or caused or occasioned by the negligence of the same bodies, or any of them or their officials.I further understand and agree that this release is binding on myself, my heirs, executors and assigns.
SECTION TWO - SOCIAL
The location of the after-race social will be at the Rocking Horse Pub. Dinner options are a choice of burger (beef, chicken, veggie) and choice of side (fries, salad, caesar). Beverage and dessert are discretionary. The club will subsidize each meal for $10 and members will pay $15. The $25 covers meal, tax, and gratuity. It is open to crew and spouses of crew. We need to know how many of you will be attending, so please complete this section.
