To SCYC executive past and present….a superlative effort toward navigating through 2020, and salvaging some fun and delight along the passage. The virtual Commodores Covid Caper , the party pack, and the time, effort, and thoughtfulness was nothing short of Herculean. This virtual presentation brings joy to our lives, in an otherwise foreboding and unprecedented state in our beloved nation.
Lorraine and I would not be surprised if the 2020 Covid Caper was nominated for a CRTC Community Broadcasting award…thoroughly professional, meaningful, and unique.

Thank you to all who organized the “Covid caper”. It was a lot more than I expected, from the decorations at the Pick Up (sunshine as well) the party basket and of course the “Caper” event as well. I am pleased that I once again dodged the the MEMA award, well done John Collins! John I did not know that you were “Born to act;” an academy award is coming your way. Ryan Laudren, congratulations on winning the Si Wood memorial trophy. I remember Si & Celia Wood and I know they would be pleased because of your efforts going beyond expectations’.
SCYC a bright spot with the activities organized in this challenging year 2020.

Harry & Sheila, I too couldn’t access the presentations. I checked with someone today and they went on Scyline and accessed it there.
