Ryan and I enjoyed this Zoom event so much last night! It was such a creative event (just as the Commodore’s Covid Caper was). We loved participating and being introduced to new members, as well as seeing our friends’ faces after such a long time. The planning and prep for the Happy Hour was incredible. Scott, Janette, Jo G., Linda, and Joanne C. did such an amazing job of bringing it altogether. And the brave souls who allowed themselves to be video-taped while cooking their yummy boat recipes, all deserve a round of applause- Scot B., Janette, and Emily!! You appeared so relaxed and confident on camera! The whole event made it such a fun way to connect with our SCYC friends and we will be passing the word along to those that couldn’t make it this time, that they truly missed a wonderful get-together!
