CRUISE CANCELLATION
The Spring Cruise to Princess Louisa Inlet planned for June 10-19 has been cancelled due to PHO and COVID 19 travel restrictions issued on May 25.
As the majority of docks and anchorages are located within the Vancouver Coastal Health Region, it was felt that the club cannot sanction an official SCYC cruise outside the Vancouver Island Health Region at this time. Hopefully travel restrictions will be lifted in the near future so club members will be able to venture outside our region.
In the meantime, a club rendezvous is being contemplated for September in the Gulf Islands. Further information and details will be posted on the website and in coming issues of Skyline”.
